Hawk I Home Inspections, L.L.C. is a fully insured, bonded

	Owner and Inspector: Mr. Denny Vogt I have been fully trained and tested with ITA (Inspector Training Associates) http://www.homeinspectcom/aboutita.asp I have been a resident of Florida for many years with my lovely and supportive wife, Melanie. I have two sons, Shadrick and Shawn. My wife, youngest son and I, all live happily in Central Florida.
I graduated from ITA in Tampa, Florida, as a certified home inspector with certifications in all single family dwellings including manufactured homes and pools/spas.

I do several hours of continuing education a year with ITA to keep up with building trends and practices. I have passed the national home inspection exam with high marks. I have passed the code of ethics exam and the standard of practice exam with the American Society of Home Inspectors.

I am a qualified welder and general machinist, which helps in being precise in the visual inspection field.

I strive to become one of the best home inspectors the State of Florida has ever seen.

I read as much as possible about how and why items in and around the home fail and will share what I know with each and every one of our clients.

I strictly follow the ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) code of ethics and standards of practice.

These code of ethics and standards of practice can be given to each and every client upon request, prior to an inspection appointment.

I did ride on a all Harley precision drill team for a hobby, doing many shows a year. I belong to the Patriot Guard Riders Org., who honor our fallen American heros when we are called upon by the families to do so.
